Room for Rent

My roommate Alan has decided to move back to the bay area and has posted an available room on Craigslist.
His Post:
have a single room for rent in Davis in a 4 bedroom house. This room is the master bedroom and has a decent closet. This room shares a full bath with 1 other person. The house has DSL, Direct TV w/DVR, washer and dryer, garage, street parking, and a large backyard. The other 3 rooms are occupied. All the other roomates are males who attend UC Davis. The house is near the p/q busline and most of the roomates ride their bikes to campus.
I am looking for someone who can move in starting around Sept. 1 but would be willing to consider a student who wants to move in later, closer to the start of school. Person needs to be responsible about paying rent and bills. This is not a neatfreak house as it is all guys but please be responible and considerate of others. It’s weird reading a post about a room in your house. Plus, no parties….I’m not sure anyone is going to enforce that one.
